Please enter the details requested of transport and accommodation that you require that we are organising centrally.  In cases where the service may need to be cancelled the amount returnable is given.  (In some cases there are standing charges that we have to pay whether or not the service is used). 

Please note the following:

1 Dinners will be available at the Castlebay and Craigard Hotels on Barra.  To be paid in person.  Tea/coffee only available at School, so take breakfast if required
2 Berneray and Scalpay Halls will be licensed.  Please support Scalpay Hall by having dinner there on the Thursday night - it's a good chance to meet everyone else and as with Great Bernera Hall last year they do a good spread!  Castlebay, Berneray and Scalpay Hall "accommodation" is the floor, so please bring sleeping mats etc.  Showers available at all venues, but fairly minimal at Scalpay.  Please bring towels etc
3 Stornoway Town hall is NOT licensed, so bring your own liquid refreshments!

The form should be returned with your route plans by Friday 16th April at the latest
